This research aims to know the tendency of cheating, the dominant indicator which causes the behavior of cheating, the effective factor of cheating, the category of dominant background which supports the behavior of cheating and the effect of cheating among pupils and students. The research used several methodologies such as case study, survey, experiment in which the research examines the hypothesis stating the correlation between independent variable and dependent variable. Then, the survey was developed based on research of explanatory and confirmatory. The data was collected by conducting interview, observation and questionnaire. The experiment method was also used to implement the main instrument techniques and the sub-main in the way of learning, self-motivating, technique of material mastery, self-developing and self-understanding as well as self-reconstructing. The result of research showed that the effective factor of students’ cheating behavior tendency was very strong. Based on the data, the behavior of cheating can happen because of the opportunity and availability. It was promoted by the wrong self-conception regardless of religion ,environment and role model. In other words, the closed role models were very effective to determine the choice of behavior.Keywords: Attitude, student, student university, cheat.

Marble is a finishing material which is relatively expensive compared to ceramic or the like, marble is a supporting products or components that are very closely tied to the construction sector in Indonesia in general and in particular on projects in housing, buildings and other buildings. Courage firm in hopes of competing with firm steps in line with the wishes and expectations of consumers as well as other stekholder. Leadership of a company is not a guarantee, produkdan certain brands will not always stable, many newcomers trying to destabilize the position with the finesse of a strategy that diverse. This shows that the business is a war, so we need to do pendekataan strategy for Integration managed to outperform other product strategy in the competition, which is a product that is superior and high quality. Basically, the principle of the strategies in the face of the problems that often arise in everyday business activities, it is a more practical method in the decision-making. Consumers are very subjective assessment of the quality of service so it is very difficult to evaluate than product quality, service quality can be evaluated not only on service alone but in the service process, so having a relative criteria. Several driving factors to achieve a success as follows: Must have a clear purpose or direction, can recognize the environment as well as possible, and be familiar with and be able to measure yourself in depth, consistency and commitment. This study describes the strategies used by PT.CITATAH as marble industry in improving its sales, it encourages writers in researching, menkaji and analyze to what extent the application and the suitability of the strategies used, and determine its market share, so it can be determined the direction and strategy and the result. This study aimed to investigate the effect of self-concept and self-efficacy simultaneously against the disciplined employee. This study sample is 75 employees of sales at PT. Pertamina (Persero) UPMS V Surabaya. Data were collected through three scales, namely the scale of labor discipline, self-concept and self-efficacy. Test hypothesis with multiple regression analysis of obtained results that self-concept and self-efficacy simultaneously significant effect on employee discipline of sales at PT. Pertamina (Persero) UPMS Surabaya V (R ² = 0517; sign = 0.000) or p-value <0.05. This means that 51.7% of the variation in labor discipline variables can be explained by the variable self-concept and self-efficacy. While the remaining 48.3% is explained by other variables not examined, so it can not be explained.Keywords: Work Discipline, Self-Concept, Self-Efficacy.

As committed and as one form of responsibility to the employees who will reach the the pre-purnabhakti, PT GMF Aeroasia provided training for about one week. The purpose of training in general is to to provide debriefing of by introducing the life choices when someday retired. This study used descriptive qualitative approach by reviewing the measured three aspects, namely; readiness of financial, physical, mental and emotional. Respondents were employees PT.GMF Aeroasia nearing pre-purnabhakti bath 23 to 56 people (a married couple). With the issued Government Regulation (PP) No. 46 Year 2013 on the final tax that specifically apply to businesses small and medium businesses and certain businesses, which regulates the treatment of Income Tax (PPH) final that has gross income derived by the taxpayer from the business the amount of up to USD 4.8 billion in one year, quite worn Final Income Tax 1% each month. Data from the Tax Office Primary Kramat Jati 2016, the amount of taxpayer's gross income certain categories of business 4804, then the number of the individual taxpayer 4,371 people. of the data Taxpayer SMEs is appropriate to implement Government Regulation No. 46 Year 2013 on Income Tax Final 1% of the calculation of gross income each month, so that the taxpayer can get the facility of Final Income Tax, to apply for a certificate of free (SKB) on deduction / collection of tax at the Tax Office Kramat Jati registered as a Small Business Tax Payer.Keywords: government regulation, PPH Final, Small Medium Enterprise

The purpose of this research is to find out The Role Of Counselling Teacher in Developing The Discipline of Students Learning at MTs Ar Rahmah East Jakarta, by using qualitative method with descriptive approach. The source of the data in this research is the headmaster, counseling teacher,and grade VII of 80 students through purposive sampling technique. Research Instrument used in this research are questionnaire, interview, and observation. Questionnaire filled out by students, interviewis done for headmaster and counseling teacher and observation is used in observing the school environment. In the middle of 2016 tax amnesty began hotly discussed in the wider community, especially the taxpayer, the taxpayer individuals and micro enterprises. Many are questioning the purpose enactment of tax amnesty and anything that can be included in a tax amnesty program and anyone who had follow. For taxpayer whose tax adminstration is not in accordance with the law of taxation, following the tax amnesty will be very beneficial as avoid fines and tax penalties. But not all taxpayer understand the tax amnesty, anything and anyone who can follow the tax amnesty program. In coaching to improve social behavior, certainly not out of the role of guidance and counseling activities in schools. Guidance and Counseling is an organization that provides assistance through special services and support activities provided to students with the aim to assist learners in the development of personal, social, learning and career. Of the many services that exist in guidance and counseling, one that can be used to improve the social behavior of learners is through group counseling services through the game. This research was conducted with the draft action research and development, while to analyze researchers used quantitative methods with experimental approaches. Based on the results obtained, we conclude that the group counseling services through the game can improve social behavior of learners, where changes in social behavior increases learners become better.Keywords : Guidance Group , Gaming , Social Behavior
